Terms of Service
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Axelis Co., Ltd. (“Axelis”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Thailand (registration no. 0105569073026, registered office: Bangkok 10030, Thailand). Full company details are on our Legal Notice. You can reach us at [email protected].
These Terms govern purchases made on this site and the use of your customer account. Separate rules apply to the Community Market (our second-hand classifieds board), and to bespoke made-to-measure orders (section 9).
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account. Parents and guardians may of course buy on behalf of younger skaters. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account; tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these Terms or of the Community Market Rules.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The total you pay, including any delivery charge, is displayed before you confirm payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If a price is obviously wrong (for example a typing error), we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full.
4. Placing an order and when the contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send the order confirmation e-mail. Until then we may decline an order, for example because an item has just sold out; if payment was already taken it will be refunded in full.
5. Delivery
Our ready-to-wear collection is currently delivered within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times shown on the Delivery page are estimates. You will receive a shipping confirmation with the courier name and tracking number. Ownership and risk pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Returns, refunds and faulty items
You may return unworn, unwashed items with their tags within 14 days of delivery; details and exclusions are in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded, including return postage. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the item.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live (in the UAE, Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection; in Thailand, the Consumer Protection Act and the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act).
7. Product information and sizing
We take care that photos and descriptions are accurate, but colours may vary slightly between screens. Check the Sizing Guide before ordering; if you are unsure, e-mail us your measurements and we will advise.
8. Our liability
We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses (for example a missed competition) unless they were a foreseeable result of our breach.
9. Bespoke made-to-measure orders
Bespoke competition costumes are quoted individually and confirmed by e-mail. A deposit is payable before design work starts; the balance is due before shipping. Because each piece is made to your measurements, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or returned once fabric has been cut, except if the item is faulty. You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you provide; we will guide you through taking them. Lead times (typically 6–8 weeks) are estimates and are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
10. Community Market
The Community Market is a classifieds board where parents resell competition dresses to each other. Axelis is not a party to those sales, does not handle payment or shipping, and does not inspect the items. The Community Market Rules apply and are incorporated into these Terms.
11. Intellectual property and acceptable use
All content on this site belongs to Axelis or its licensors. You may not copy it, scrape the site, attempt to bypass security measures, or use the site for anything unlawful.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control (for example customs delays, courier strikes, extreme weather). We will tell you as soon as we can and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel for a full refund.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it (the version date is recorded with the order). We will announce material changes on the site or by e-mail.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy under the law of your country of residence. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly by e-mail.
